Weekend Notes: November 4th.

Coat: COS (wearing a size 4) | Denim: Sézane (wrote about them here) | Boots: Emme Parsons | Bag: Sézane

Hi! It’s Saturday morning, and I’m sipping my second cup of (semi) hot coffee. I often mention how much we love our Jura machine, but I still feel passionate about it being one of the best home purchases ever made.

Saturday mornings are one of my favorite times of the entire week. There’s no crazy rush of school mornings to get the kids fed, dressed, and out the door with freshly made lunch. Saturday mornings are for taking it slow, not feeling guilty over the kids having extra screen time, and indulging in fresh bagels or cinnamon buns.

Last night, I made Keith and me tequila cocktails using this salty-sweet orange rimmer and a splash of this, and it was so delicious. It got me thinking how great of a holiday gift this combo would make, and I ended up ordering a few.

Tuesday is Sashas 4th birthday, which is blowing my mind. The theme for this year is unicorns, and I may have gone a little crazy ordering unicorn-themed everything.

Weekend Notes: November 4th.

Here are things I’ve been clicking on and into this past week:

What happens when Taylor Swift visits these NYC restaurants?!

Holy smokes these salmon crunch bowls sound right up my alley.

This ‘Mean Girls’ Cast reunion is a genius move for Walmart.

An interesting read on “Childhood Independence.”

I love these leather iPhone cases that can be monogrammed and are currently on sale.

Here’s what I’m stocking up on from the Sephora sale.

A great faux fur for chilly evenings that could easily be dressed up or down.

What are your core values?

Holiday travel hacks from a fellow mother of two.

Where to dine in NYC this November.

Here’s why having a big group of girlfriends doesn’t matter.

This collaboration with Mango is so good. Swooning over this double breasted leather coat and this vintage looking brown leather jacket.

I’ve been wearing this half-zip fleece non-stop. I really love most things Varley and find myself reaching for their pieces when I’m dressing down.

Do you have “Perfect Moment Syndrome?

Lifestyle tweaks can help clear that troublesome brain fog.

Not the culinary type? Here’s what to bring to Thanksgiving dinner (or any gathering) as a guest that is sure to gratify the host/ess.

Next week, on my substack, I’ll be talking about the items that I currently reach for the most in my closet. Subscribe here.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!
