Wow, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted an outfit that was taken outside of our home. Quite frankly, I was nervous that I’d forget how to get dressed, but thankfully, the basics came back to me.
I purchased these shorts during quarantine and they’ve become my recent go-to pair. A little looser than most pairs that I own and I appreciate that the length is neither too short or too long. They’ve been sold out in most places, but I found them available here. Paired with this camel blazer that is from one of my favorite retailers that I always mention, Verishop.
As much as I enjoyed dressing down and being extra comfortable, I’ve missed dressing up. Not much has changed on my end – I’ll always revert back to my trusty closet staples. Oh and if my legs are looking a bit more golden than usual, I owe it all to this gradual tanning lotion.

I love this look Helena. You look amazing.
I have been in “lockdown” in the UK since March and feel really confused about my style and what I’m going to wear when life eventually returns to normal.
I don’t know why but this lockdown has made me question the things I wear and whether I need a wardrobe update.
My children go back to school next week and I’m looking at my “mum” wardrobe thinking this is just not me.
I wonder if lockdown has made anyone else feel differently about their wardrobe?
