Yesterday on Instagram, I posted the above photo with the caption “channeling my inner Victoria Beckham.” She is undeniably one of my favorites. I love how she always balances masculine with feminine, one of my favorite combinations on a woman.

Other than her, I love Emanuelle Alt (I cannot believe this post about her is from 2013!), Miroslava Duma and Barbara Martelo. Who are your favorites? I already loved reading so many of your responses here.

I have always love ♥️Audrey Hepburn style. She has such a carefree, fun, yet sophisticated, chic and beautiful. And Victoria Beckham is an example of a newer generation of Audrey Hepburn. I absolutely agree with you. Have a fabulous weekend Beautiful!

Some of my favourites are Grace Kelly, Cate Blanchett, Charlize Theron, Mary – Princess of Denmark, the Duchess of Cambridge Catherine Middleton.
And, yes, Helena being a parent (especially a stay at home Mum/Dad) is a vocation that sadly is not held in esteem by our society and most definitely not supported by Government and policy makers. I am university educated and had a brilliant career in the corporate world. I loved the work that I did and I was climbing the corporate ladder. But when my first child was born, I gave up my career to be a stay at home mum during his early childhood years. My husband and I gave up a great deal of things, but it was our choice to do so. Many friends said that I was crazy to give up my career and the world saw me as someone that did not contribute to society. My philosophy has always been that being a parent is more important than a career. My role as a parent is not to raise a child but an adult. An adult with morals and ethics, an adult that will contribute to the betterment of society. And, in the current world that we live in, that is not an easy task for parents. A child that chooses a detrimental/destructive path in life is one of the greatest wounds to a parents heart and soul. Parenting is the most important and prestigious job above all others. I wish the world would see that and support it.

Hi Helena! I remember you wearing this shade of pink last year and I thought; WOW! This color is just amazing on you!
I’ve always loved Audrey Hepburn but MORE SO Katharine Hepburn as she made masculine fashion chic. My favorite icons today, I’d say pretty much resemble your list.

    stunning!

Katherine Hepburn and Giovanna Battaglia. Two different sides of the spectrum. I also like Diane Kruger. She’s probably the one that use the most for inspiration. I find her to be a mix of the two.
