Wearing one of my favorite combinations in life: an oversized chunky knit and leather pants. Today I’m partnering with one of my favorites, Nordstrom’s Via C department and after debating between quite a few things (like this funky Helmut Lang grid top), I ended up with the pieces I’m wearing. Considering that I practically live in my black leather pants, adding another pair, especially in this rich eggplant shade, made complete sense.


TIP: when buying leather pants: they stretch out… a lot! When I first put these on, they were basically painted on. Later on in the day, they were practically a size larger. So when buying them, you want them fairly tight! I promise, they will give out. I kind of wish I had my black pair in a size smaller, since they sometimes give me “diaper butt,” but it’s a lesson learned!

On another note, thank you for the comments on the last post! I love reading your Halloween ideas  and as far as Gone Girl, I promise to stick it out. Also, if there are any other MUST READ books out there, would love to hear.
