We took these photos in Red Hook, which is another one of our favorite places to both shoot and hangout. For starters, Red Hook has one of the most beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty, but aside from the views, it’s a creative/charming little community that’s changed dramatically over the last ten years. Now, you’ll find artists like Swoon and Banksy leaving their mark there, which always makes for some fun exploring, but also for great photo backdrops.

RED HOOK FAVORITES

And as usual, I always have my favorite neighborhood spots. There’s the Red Hook Lobster Pound, which has some seriously delicious lobster rolls. My other favorites include Fort Defiance, a great spot for a scrumptious brunch with some tasty cocktails (the deviled eggs are so good). The Good Fork for a dinner with a very chilled out atmosphere and lastly, Gridhaus, which has the feel that you’re stepping into a friends cozy home with the most creative, delicious dishes. Highly recommend and so does New York Mag.

David Yurman pieces I’m wearing throughout:
a variety of Cable Classics Bracelets | Cable Classics Bracelet in Amethyst and Diamonds | Cable Bucket Bracelet.
