My Favorite Items For This Week

I’m excited to welcome a new weekly series sharing some of my favorite items from the past week. It will be a combination of things I’m reaching for the most, whether it’s a makeup item, a skincare item or a pair of shorts I don’t want to take off. It will also include some best sellers that resonated the most with all of you.

This Week’s Top Sellers & Favorites

AGOLDE Dee High Rise Shorts: Currently, these have to be my most worn pair of shorts. I took my usual size, but for a bit more room, I’d size up.

Lioness Military Mini Dress: I recently got this dress in two colors (sage and black). It’s under $100, a really nice material (way thicker than I expected) and very flattering. It’s something I’d wear to a nighttime event with a great pair of heels, but also dress down with sneakers.

Dana Rebecca Diamond Bar Necklace: I shared all my Dana Rebecca picks here, but if I had to pick two favorites, one would be this necklace. It’s perfect for daily wear and layers so beautifully. Use code Helena10 for 10% off all of my picks.

Dana Rebecca Sadie Pearl Climber: Another favorite is this earring climber. I just love the look it gives and again, looks great on its own or paired with multiple piercings. Use code Helena10 for 10% off all of my picks.

Gia Borghini x Pernille Sandals: I love these so much that I purchased two colors. They’re on trend, very comfortable and work well with so many things from shorts to dresses.

(3 Pack) High Waisted Leggings:I reach for these all the time because I find them so comfortable and you cannot beat the price.

(2 Pack) Z Supply Modern Crew Tees:In my opinion, every closet should have a good black and white tee. Z Supply makes some of my favorites.

Westman Atelier ‘Lit Up’ Highlighter:With the warmer here, I tend to wear a lot less makeup. Most days, it’s a little tinted moisturizer, concealer and this highlighter. It’s simply the best.

Supergoop Glow Screen: One of my favorite sunscreens for a luminous glow. I always mix it with another SPF to dilute the glow a little bit. I find this combo works better for me than using it on its own at 100% strength, but play around to see what works for you.

Hi! What size did you order in the lioness dress? Small looks smalll on the model and hoping for it not to be SO tight? Thanks!

Hi! I purchased the highlighter during the Sephora sale based on Your recommendation. It’s such a nice glow! Wondering if you have tips on how you apply it, If I rub the highlighter stick it tends to smear my foundation. Thank you!

      Hi Julie,
So glad you love it! I often go about it one of a few ways: I will apply under my makeup although the glow will be a tad less or I’ll let my makeup settle and then rub on top. If my foundation smears off, I just add a drop to that cheek, but I of find letting my foundation settle is helpful.
