Did I need another plaid jacket? Of course not. Could I resist this one with little puff sleeves? Of course not.
This one is Treasure & Bond and one of the brands exclusive to Nordstrom (you can find all of their in house brands here). I just love the juxtaposition of the slightly masculine pattern and color, with the feminine sleeve details.
