Work Wear: Belted Blazers

One of my favorite ways to add a little pizzazz to my look is by  adding a belt to the waist. This blazer happened to come with its own belt, one of the main reasons I was so drawn to it, but the look can easily be achieved with a belt you might already own. Here’s an example I’ve shared in the past.

Proportionately , I’ve found that medium to thicker belts look the most flattering. Since most of our “normal” belts don’t have holes that will work for the upper waist area,  you can easily take them to any shoe repair place. Just make sure you measure beforehand. Add a little dot to where you want them to punch, I usually like to have 2-3 new holes added. Then, you’re able to get a completely different look.
