A few weeks ago, I took a wonderful photoshop course at the Digital Photo Academy NY booked through Course Hourse here in NYC. Although I knew many basics, I walked away with some brand new skills. Right now CourseHorse has partnered with Time Out NY to launch #FoodForThought, a new campaign to help feed hungry and hurricane-impacted New Yorkers through the Food Bank for NYC. From November 12-18th, top class providers across the city will host seasonally themed classes with a goal of helping feed 10,000 New Yorkers in need this season. Of course, proceeds will go directly to the Food Bank to provide meals to those in need. Just wanted to share this if you’re looking to take a fun class + donate to a wonderful cause at the same time.
