This top, and pretty much the entire Self Portrait line is nothing short of a work of fashion art. This is the only Self Portrait piece that hangs in my closet, but I look at it with the same adoration as I do with some of my favorite investment bags and shoes.
A few notes:
*The sizing, even when converted from UK to US, runs extremely small. I’ve had to size up one size for tops and two sizes for dresses.
*I purchased this nude tank top to wear under tops that are see-through. If I’m feeling extra feisty, I’ll wear a pretty lace bra underneath and a pair of high-waisted denim.
*Shopbop is having one of their major sales right now! That’s when I take the plunge on any major purchases I’ve been coveting, including Self Portrait.
*From the sale, I’m eyeing these slides, these sandals and this trench.
