Coat: Theory (similar here) | Button Down: Pink Tartan c/o of Lord & Taylor | Sweater: Express | Denim: Current/Elliott ‘Stiletto’ | Boots: Acne ‘Jensen’ (also, in suede) | Handbag: Balenciaga ‘Papier’ | Lipstick: MAC Red mixed with MAC Ruby Woo (with Cherry lipliner)I’ve been on the hunt for a black ankle bootie that met the three C’s: chic, classic and of course, comfy. There are tons out there, but for some reason or another, I didn’t really LOVE any I was seeing. Until I spotted these bad boys. I tried them on, but ended up leaving the store without purchasing so I could really ponder whether I “needed” them. After not being able to get them out of my head for a week, I knew they were the ones. Definitely not cheap, but something I consider an investment pair that with my cost per wear theory, they’ll pay for themselves in no time.
