Bike Rides through Paris

1_1e
Finally home and settled in after spending an incredible week in Paris. I know it’s kind of cheesy and cliche to say it’s a magical city, but it really is. I came back feeling mentally reenergized and inspired. It turns out, I needed that more than I realized.

More than half the trip was spent on a bike, exploring little streets, flower shops, cafes and it was one of the best ways to really see the city. It was also the perfect way to balance out all the croissants and pastries I was eating. I didn’t really pack all that much, so I ended up recycling the main pieces I bought with me, including these essential (to me) Rag & Bone booties. After I uploaded a similar photo on Instagram and Facebook, I had a few people ask me “how are you biking in heels?” and my response “ha! these are my flats.” Seriously though, I find them very comfy. Then again, I have a very high heel tolerance.
Below are some photos I took during our bike adventures.

I was wearing: Booties: Rag & Bone via Saks | Leather Pants: J Brand | Leather Jacket: Vince | Handbag: Balenciaga.

As a city girl, I’m always inspired by other cities, cultures and people, but at the end of the day, nothing inspires me more than my own city.

Wanted to share this NYC/Saks video.
