Probably my new favorite dress! Love the cut out shoulders and open back, and it makes scorching days like today some what bearable. I got the dress via Shop It To Me and it really is the most useful site for pulling up items based on your sizes, favorite brands and even budget.
Since I really cannot wear this dress without a bra (TMI?) I opted for one with a fun nautical pattern.
