Merino-Blend Waffle-Knit Sweater & High-Rise Tapered Cropped Pant both via Banana Republic
Today was a big day. I organized the kids drawers, I cleaned out my beauty vanity and I got dressed in something other than sweats.
I also didn’t realize just how much I missed putting outfits together, especially after living in maternity clothes for all of last spring and summer. Both the high-rise cropped pants and waffle knit are from Banana Republic and compliment each other so well. They’re two of my favorite pieces from the new collection, along with this classic trench and this utility jumpsuit.

Helena, beautiful outfit. I am curious as to whether or not you do household chores in such an outfit. I am curious because when I am at home and doing household chores I typically dress in skinny jeans and a t-shirt and hoodie if cold (what I call my housework and comfy clothes). When I go outside of the house to meet friends, grocery shopping, appointments etc I tend to dress as you have in this post. But, as soon as I get home I change into my skinny jeans and t-shirt so that I don’t damage/get dirty, what I call, my good clothes. Do you do that? Please excuse my sticky-beakness.
