How I’m Wrapping My Gifts This Year, Michelin Star Restaurants & A Cozy Coat

How Im Wrapping My GiftsSweater: Mango (similar here) | Denim: Levis | Loafers: Sarah Flint c/o

Happy Friday! Can you all believe that we’re officially in December tomorrow? I can’t. Rather than packing all of the fun holiday stuff into December, I’m trying to mix it up between December and January. This way, once the holidays are over, there is still plenty of fun activities to look forward to. That’s what we did last year and it ended up being a success, at least on our post-holiday mental state.

How I’m Wrapping My Gifts This Year, Michelin Star Restaurants & A Cozy Coat

Last year, one of my closet friends, Sonia, wrapped all of her gifts in white butchers paper and finished it off with white twine and a little stem from a Christmas tree as an added touch. If you want to be extra fancy (for your VIPs, as she put it), you could add a rosemary sprig. It was both incredibly chic and cost effective!

Also, these DIY wrapping ideas for presents are so clever!

A friend of mine had a photo book made from this website and it was so beautiful. It inspired me to take my favorite photos, especially that just live on my phone, and do something similar. Then there’s Alicia, who I’ve known since the beginning of my blogging days, that also used the site to start printing out her photos. Sign me up!

Winter weather dehydrates our skin like crazy! Now’s the time to treat yourself to a luxury facial from some of the best spas in NYC. For those of you on a budget or searching for a gift idea, here are the best facials under $200.

I don’t think Martha Stewart will be taking another Uber anytime soon..

Were any moms out there a victim of this prank? Literally made me laugh out loud.

A sweater that matches my seasonal drink of choice.

One of my personal favorite posts of mine:

experience and gifts by mail that are sure to wow!

What a cozy coat. I love it so much. And then there’s this one, which is pricier, but so good!

I can’t believe these over the knee boots are 50% off!

Have the best weekend and as always, so thankful for all of you!

Love how your friend wrapped her Christmas presents last year! I do similar, but with brown florists paper, wrapped with ribbon and either a small card, or the persons name written decoratively on the wrapping paper. Simple and sophisticated!

I love the outfit you have on, especially those loafers! Another great way to gift wrap that I have used is black (or any dark color) wrapping paper decorated with hand drawn winter pictures or stars using metallic markers (like Sharpies). Decorate with black and white twine and fresh greens or even pictures from old unused Christmas cards, easy peasy!
