Happy Friday & Attempting to Turn Off
Happy Friday! We’re currently in a cozy house in the Berkshires, enjoying some necessary family time. We’ve been cooking and trying to relax as much as possible, not something we’re normally that great at. Partly due to having a toddler (relaxing and toddler do not go hand-in-hand) and partly because we’re New Yorkers and not that great at just turning off. Also, we struggle with feeling like we have to be busy at every single second, of every single day. So, personally, it’s something I have to constantly remind myself: “it’s okay to just sit here on the couch and read a book.” Anyone else have that problem?
