Happy Memorial Day Weekend and pretty much the official start of summer! We’re staying in Brooklyn, but have a pretty busy weekend planned. Tomorrow, we’re heading to Connecticut for a 1st birthday BBQ. On Sunday, we’re taking a pizza class and on Sunday, we’re going to head to Sai’s, who recently moved into the most incredible apartment, for a Memorial Day bash. I may not be able to partake in all of the fun summery cocktails, but I’ll definitely be whipping up (and eating) a few things.
