Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I continued to unpack more boxes in an attempt to organize and to find some missing items. Like my beloved black Celine sunglasses: I know (hope) they’re somewhere, but where, I have zero idea. On a brighter note, I’ve definitely rediscovered pieces I almost forgot about, like this amazing cargo vest.
Side note, here’s an interview I did over at Fashion Week Daily! Sharing a little about what it was like growing up in NYC and some pretty obvious, yet incredibly important, blogging tips.

Loving this look, Helena! I hope you find your sunnies! I just finished reading the article and I loved it! I grew up in the Bronx in a not so great neighborhood myself and it has definitely taught me a lot about street smarts. It has also had an effect on my style and taste; I'd consider my style to be very eclectic. I think it's due to the diversity of cultures that I was exposed to, which consistently inspired me in so many different ways, including fashion.
I loved your tips, especially the one about being nice! It's so true, the industry is indeed smaller than it may seem and word does spread quickly.
