Since many of you have asked me via  email and instagram, I’ll immediately bring the attention to the shoes, that yes, I decided to keep. The laces are still the same as before, but after making a few calls, I ended up on the phone with the Christian Louboutin Customer Service department. At first, I got a little resistance with the woman telling me “the way you’re describing your pair is how I’ve seen them..” but after sending her a picture of BOTH my shoes and a screenshot of the ads, she said she would happily order a new set of laces for me. So now I wait!
Also, normally when Louboutin offers both a 100mm (4inch) heel and a 120mm (5inch) heel, I typically go for the 120mm. I know that sounds crazy, but honestly, that 1″ makes it such a sexier shoe. In this case, I got the 100mm and dare I say, they’re actually incredibly comfortable (for a pair of heels). Quite possibly the most comfortable pair of Louboutins I own.
